Order Direct

Mack’s wine is delivered directly from the winery to our store in St. Paul’s, Bristol.

We ensure a short and transparent supply chain where we always know where our wine is. Our vintners only ship their wines during the week and pay particular attention to weather conditions, so as to protect the wine from any exposure to heat or cold.

We always try to deliver with the lowest carbon footprint possible.

We supply our Bristol customers with zero emissions using a cargo bike.

Our minimum order for direct sales is a (mixed) case of 12 bottles – for smaller quantities, please visit one of our stockists.

• • We ship using strong, secure boxes authorised by the German Postal Service (we have yet to suffer any breakages!)
  • The current delivery charge for mainland UK is approx £28 (charge confirmed when you place your order).

Terms & Conditions for direct sales:

Mack’s Franken Wein (MFW) provides a service to the following terms and conditions for the purchase of products. In placing an order with MFW, you accept that these terms and conditions are binding upon you.

1. In placing an order for any of our products, you are confirming that you are 18 years of age or older (see also Responsible wine).
2. Payment may be made by cheques or BACS transfer. Cash on delivery is not accepted. Following an order MFW will issue an order confirmation which will include information on total price, bank details and estimated delivery time from bank clearance. Products will only be dispatched once payments have cleared. MFW accept no responsibility for delays in the clearing of payments.
3. Prices on display on the MFW website are subject to change. We reserve the right to make changes to prices from time to time, including discontinuation of special offers, and reserve the right not to supply a particular product where there is an error in the price displayed.
4. Prices do not include delivery charges which are calculated upon the placing of an order.
5. Any delivery time given is an estimate only and should not be relied upon as an absolute.
6. Any breakages, omissions or errors must be reported to the person delivering the product.
7. Any purchases made with MFW are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of that jurisdiction.
